After trying everything the doctors recommended, short of surgery, I came to the conclusion that they did not really know what caused sweaty hands and feet, and that the side effects of most of the treatments available totally outweighed any benefits I was receiving from them. I decided to look for a natural solution.

Now, while I could try to entertain you with the stories of all the crazy “old wives tales” and pointless solutions that I did try, that’s not the point of this blog. (As a side not, have you ever deliberatly zapped your feet with electricty? Guess what – it hurts!)

Instead, let me tell you about something that did work for me. It’s not a single method – rather, it’s a combination of them, and it’s covered in a book called “Stop Sweating and Start Living.”

This book gave me tools that I could use to get the sweaty hands and feet uder control. Although the cover of the book talks specifically about armpits, don’t let that put you off – this book covers everything.

Sweaty palms can be a real nightmare because we all depend on our hands every day, and it’s impossible to go through life hiding your hands. Some people who experience heavy sweating in areas like their back, it is possible to hide it by wearing thick clothing, but when your hands are sweaty other people will notice.

If you can imagine yourself in a situation where you have to try and think clever ways to avoid shaking someone’s hand, you’ll understand how embarrassing it can be to suffer from sweaty palms. In addition to this there are lots of practical problems that can happen, such as difficulty writing because your own sweat smears the ink on the page, fumbling with objects because your hands are just so slippery, and many more besides.

If you experience any of these problems you’ll be glad to know that there are some simple steps you can take which will help to alleviate the problem. These are not full-blown solutions, because it’s something you have to maintain on a daily basis. In another post I’m going to be telling you about technique which can help to solve the sweating problem forever, but are now going to give you some quick and simple methods you can use today.

If you soak your hands or feet in sage tea, about 20 to 30 minutes each night, you should find that the next day the sweating in your hands is very much reduced. To produce the tea solution, you just need to put 4 to 5 teabags in boiling water and allow them to steep for 30 minutes. Then put this mixture in a basin and add cold water so that the temperature is tolerable. All you need to do then is to soak your hands for about 25 minutes and you’ll notice that the sweating has reduced. It’s best to do this at night before going to bed.

That method doesn’t necessarily stop sweaty hands and feet for everyone, so if you find that that’s an effective I suggest you try using Epsom salts. Just add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the sort to a small cup of hot water and inside your hands or feet in this water for about 30 minutes before going to bed.

If that doesn’t help to stop your sweaty palms, another suggestion you may want to use is to sprinkle Boric powder on your hands or feet and cover them with socks overnight. This one takes 2 to 3 days before you notice a major improvement, it can be very effective if the other solutions have not worked.

In the next post I’m going to be revealing to you the solution which I used to finally cure sweaty hands problem once and for all. This solution works with excessive underarm perspiration too, and has been shown to be effective with excessive sweating in other body parts as well. Stay tuned to find out more.

If you have ever experienced continuously sweaty hands and feet, you will know that it can be a living nightmare. Everybody experiences sweaty hands and feet from time to time, but for some people it is a constant problem.

For these people with sweaty hands, every day presents a new challenge, and not in a good way. It’s a very embarrassing situation, because other people tend to associate the sweatiness with dirtiness. So people who suffer from this condition try to cover up the fact that they are constantly sweating. This means they often have to avoid doing things like shaking hands, or standing where there are people who could notice.

Worst of all, there is the smell that comes from sweaty feet, which is caused by bacteria. When people sweat from their feet constantly, this can grow so strong they can be impossible to hide.

The usual result of this is that the sufferer feels isolated and depressed. It’s sad that such a little thing like hands sweating can have such a huge impact on a person’s life, but there are some things that can be done about it, which is what this weblog is all about. I suffered from this condition continuously, but thanks to some methods which I discovered online, I’m glad to say that I have put it behind me.

In the upcoming post I’m going to be giving you some practical tips that you can put into effect right away to stop sweaty palms and feet.
